Joaquin was very helpful throughout the process of setting up our POS system. He was easy to contact at all times and answered all my questions. Highly recommend. Edit: 2 years later and Joaquin still offers better customer service than any other business that I have ever worked with. Doesn’t matter the time or day he’ll go out of his way to help your business run smooth. He provides merchant services for El Burrito Tapatio and now Taquitos Quesamia.

Roger merchant has been a huge help to my family business when we needed help the most. I was with clover and Bank of America for a few years until clover had me to replace my POS system every year that I realized I wanted to switch to a new merchant. Clover customer service was awful they did not care about my needs or my business needs. They made me feel like another number in their company. I decided to purchase a POS system through Bank of American and it has been hell dealing with them. They’re services are also very awful but thanks to Roger Merchant helping us along the way that I was able to close my accounts and be free from clover and Bank of America. I trust Roger merchant with my business needs and hopefully you do too! We have had great service with Roger merchant and we’ve been taken care of very well. As a business owner it’s not always easy to trust just any merchant but with Roger merchant they have proved themselves worthy and I fully trust them with my needs.
